Italian Greyhound Clothing & Whippet Clothing Fit
Italian Greyhound & Whippet clothing generally has a poor fit. The unique shape of this breed can make standard pet clothing unsuitable. We developed this full suit to fit their unique shape by undertaking research on how Italian Greyhounds & Whippets move, even when on the run. This full suit turtleneck is the culmination of that research. It is designed to fit firmly, covering all of the body except the underside and bottom one fifth of their delicate little legs. This full suit is fleecy on the inside to keep them warm on the inside, and smooth on the outside to keep them stylish. Your Iggy will stay warm even in the coldest of climates. Fleece quality/weight is 320 gm.
Pee Clearance
We have made allowance on the underside so they can do their business without getting their business on them (Minimise). Our Italian Greyhounds & Whippet clothes have a firm fit to help keep them warm during winter and protected from cold blustery winds. If your Iggy or Whippet have a tendency to pee on their front legs and chest then you may wish to consider our Pee Proof suits.
Firm Fit
We have put stretch ribbing around the legs and neck, as well as the under side of the garment, to ensure any gusts of wind have no where to go. There are NO CORDS on our Italian Greyhound & Whippet outfits so you can avoid dangerous situations and achieve a firm fit.
Fleece Quality
We use an Australian made and designed fleece. Our fleece is 320gsm and is considered a high density fleece with Anti-Pill qualities.

Gorgeous fleece pjs/ trackie onesie. Very comfy for the short haired hounds who are very edgey at home once the temperature goes below 20° C. The tighter knit of the fleece is better for poking those pesky front legs through. The thumb nails on our terriers don’t get caught as they do on the looser weave fabrics.
